Meet our Principals
Vivienne Hsu
A seasoned strategic marketing and communications expert with 20 years’ experience working within both B2B and B2C firms, Vivienne brings a broad range of sector experience including healthcare, FMCG, automotive, energy, technology, financial services, and professional services.
Vivienne has held senior leadership positions within some of the world's largest, most respected, and most progressive agencies and consultancies across North America, Europe, and APAC; including Ogilvy, Grey, TBWA and Cognito.
She combines extensive experience in advertising and brand marketing with strategic communications providing a rounded and holistic view. Vivienne has advised growth stage to some of the world’s biggest listed companies.
Vivienne earned an honours degree from the University of Western Ontario with a double major in Political Science and English.
Ben Rosner
A strategy and crisis expert, Ben draws from his corporate, military, diplomatic, and government experience to advise on complex and sensitive communications situations.
Ben was previously Head of Strategy and Crisis Communications for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), advising senior generals across the General Staff, Intelligence Directorate, Ground Forces, Navy, and Air Force.
Before that, he was an Associate Director at Finsbury, advising Fortune 500 clients across financial services, transportation, healthcare, retail, and technology industries.
Ben began his career as a policy advisor and speechwriter at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and later as a political advisor at the Permanent Mission of Israel to the United Nations in New York City.
Ben earned an M.A. in International Affairs and Security Policy from Columbia University and a B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University.
