Vivienne Hsu

Vivienne Hsu is an FT Board Director qualified NED with 20+ years as a C-suite leader across B2B and B2C. From start-ups to scale-ups worldwide.

She advises PE, VC, hedge funds and institutional investors on sharpening GTM, marketing, comms, sales and due diligence for their portfolio companies, fuelling scaling, capital raises, value creation and M&A. Vivienne's hands-on experience spans advertising, healthcare, FMCG, automotive, energy, tech, financial services and professional services, where she's driven growth from early-stage ventures to listed companies.

Having worked at leading agencies like Ogilvy, Grey, TBWA and Cognito, she brings global networks and real-world strategies to boards and founders navigating fast growth or uncertain markets. Named among Europe’s Top 100 most influential women in start-ups and VC, Vivienne speaks on finance, fintech, emerging tech, marketing, comms and DE&I.

Vivienne has honours degree in Political Science and English from the University of Western Ontario

Ben Rosner

Ben Rosner advises CEOs and boards during crises, major litigation, and high-stakes transactions, where perception puts enterprise value at risk.

Ben was previously Head of Strategy and Crisis Communications for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), advising senior generals and managing the military’s global narrative, including during the Oct 7 War.

Before that he was at FGS Global, one of the world's leading strategic communications firms, where he advised Fortune 500 companies through some of the highest-profile crises and transactions of the last decade, including Volkswagen's Dieselgate scandal and Takeda's $63B acquisition of Shire.

Ben began his career as a policy advisor and speechwriter at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and later as a political advisor at the Permanent Mission of Israel to the United Nations in New York City.

Ben earned an M.A. in International Affairs and Security Policy from Columbia University.
